REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY
REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY:
Our refund and exchange policy is strictly within 7 days of purchase by direct emailing to email@example.com detailing the issue with the product.You then have 7 days to send the item back from the date of response and with the approval by Moss Grotto. All items to included a copy of your receipt of purchase.
We are not responsible for postage on all returns and will not refund. Customers are liable for any delivery costs if the goods are found not to be faulty.
Faulty items are refunded or exchanged on approval from the manufacturer and if possible a replacement will be issued. We cannot guarantee your exchange item will be in stock or available once your return has been processed and if there is a price difference on your exchange we will contact you.We will do our very best to make sure you are happy with the outcome.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns on sale items or returns of any book titles.
We do not refund if you change your mind relating to: size, fit or style, however we are happy to exchange or offer a credit note. (No expiry date applies to credit notes in this current climate)
We reserve the right to refuse a return item if we feel that it has been used, washed and damaged in any way. We are unable to accept goods that are not returned in their original sale condition. All items must still have their swing tags left on.
